Šeit būs vajadzīgs "īstais bots". Zulip'am ir švaki ar link preview. Un tas arī nesuportē markdown image linkus, attēli tikai kā "attachment". Bet bots varētu lejuplādēt attēlu no Mapillary un ielikt Zulipā.

Hi, it seems like the preview is not displayed for some URLs, e.g. for the arxiv website: Is there a reason for this? Can it be fixed? On slack preview is fine for arxiv.

Šeit ir aprakstīta līdzīga problēma ar Mapillary+Discourse.
Cik es sapratu, Zulip saprot oEmbed un Open Graph tagus.
Mapillary itkā atgriež <meta name="og:image" ...>, bet dažreiz tur ir vienkārši content="https://www.mapillaty.com/assets/dotcompass.png".
Tāpēc problēma var būt Mapillary laukā...

in a topic, linking a mapillary image gives link, not the image. for example, the topic How to tag an arch **symbolising** entry to area holds links to images on different platforms, only the ones on mapillary do not get rendered as images.
